These terms govern use of the Strategy Code AI website. They do not replace the terms of a signed client-services agreement.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Informational content
Website content describes consulting, design, AI, and automation capabilities. It is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. A separate written agreement is required before any client engagement begins.
AI and automation
Examples of AI workflows and outcomes are illustrative. AI-generated material can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person. No website statement guarantees a particular result, time savings, revenue outcome, or level of performance.
Pricing and project scope
Displayed prices are starting professional fees in USD for defined scopes. Hosting, domains, software subscriptions, API usage, paid assets, and additional work are separate unless expressly included. Your written proposal confirms the final fee, applicable taxes or outside costs, payment structure, page or workflow coverage, meetings, revision rounds, timing, and support responsibilities.
Representative work
Project types and system concepts are representative unless a client is expressly identified. They should not be interpreted as a promise that every engagement will include the same features or outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Strategy Code AI name, website design, original text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license.
Third-party services
Links to Calendly, The Strategy Counsel, Wix-hosted media, and other services are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an as-available basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy Code AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
