Page count and copy depth are agreed in the proposal. Hosting, domain fees, paid assets, ecommerce, portals, custom applications, extensive integrations, ongoing maintenance, and additional revisions are separate unless included.
View full scope ↗This is an assessment, not a production build. Paid tools, technical integration, formal legal or security assurance, model training, and implementation projects are separate. A roadmap does not guarantee results within 90 days.
View full scope ↗Not unlimited changes, 24/7 monitoring, emergency coverage, a guaranteed response time, or support for every third-party platform. New builds, major migrations, vendor charges, and work beyond capacity are separate.
View full scope ↗Professional work and platform costs
Our professional fee covers the accepted strategy, design, implementation, or support. The services used to run the solution have their own costs and terms.
Domain registration, hosting, subscriptions, API consumption, email volume, automation tasks, paid plugins, and licensed assets may create one-time or recurring charges.
We confirm the accounts and permissions needed for the work. Your proposal identifies who owns the relevant accounts, pays vendor charges, approves changes, and maintains the finished system.
New features, additional pages or workflows, migrations, and post-launch work require agreement. Third-party outages, pricing changes, and platform limits remain outside our control.
03 / Custom engagements
Connected website and AI programs, larger libraries, multi-step workflows, and complex migrations call for a tailored scope.
We assess feasibility, access, data sensitivity, and capacity before recommending a solution.
Custom engagements: Request a Quote. Separate work is not assumed to be included in a starting package.
Before any engagement
Your goal, current tools, known constraints, and the outcome you want. Keep initial information nonconfidential.
Read the deliverables, fee, outside costs, page or workflow coverage, reviews, timing, and exclusions together.
Confirm who provides materials, approves work, owns accounts, tests the solution, and follows through after launch.
Clear expectations
These are owner-approved USD starting professional fees for defined scopes. The final price depends on pages, workflows, integrations, data, complexity, and work accepted. The written proposal confirms the fee, payment terms, deliverables, and exclusions before work begins.
No. Domain registration, hosting, subscriptions, paid plugins or assets, API usage, and vendor charges are separate unless expressly included. Applicable taxes and outside costs are identified in the proposal.
No. Audits, assessments, and blueprints produce findings or plans. Website, automation, assistant, and digital-system builds are separately scoped implementation services.
Your written scope defines page coverage, workflow boundaries, meeting format, and revision rounds. The starting price is not an unlimited-service offer. New requests require an agreed scope adjustment.
We establish the schedule after reviewing scope, content or data readiness, platform access, and client availability. Delayed inputs, changing requirements, or vendor limitations can affect timing.
A named decision-maker, accurate requirements, approved content or source materials, appropriate account permissions, timely feedback, and a reviewer for AI-assisted outputs. Use an agreed secure channel for sensitive information; do not email passwords.
No. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. We define approved sources, test representative scenarios, and identify human-review points. No blanket accuracy, compliance, time-savings, or revenue guarantee is offered.
Your proposal defines handoff and any included post-launch work. Continued optimization, maintenance, monitoring, or new features are separately agreed; monthly support starts at $750 for defined capacity.
We start by assessing the current website, platforms, and workflow. Supported connections, account permissions, vendor limits, and data requirements determine what is feasible. Replacing everything is not assumed.
No. The introductory Calendly conversation helps clarify fit and possible next steps. It is distinct from a scoped paid audit, assessment, blueprint, or training engagement.
